    Thasbih is an experienced speech-language therapist, with more than a decade of experience in planning and administering speech-language pathology evaluations and implementing appropriate treatment. In 2007, she was awarded her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from AWH Special College, India. Prior to coming to Dubai in 2008, she worked in India as a Clinical Supervisor for Audiology and Speech Language Pathology.

    Over the past ten years, her UAE-based experience includes working as a Speech Therapist with early intervention and adults and children with ASD, Down’s syndrome, Developmental Dysarthria, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Articulation and Phonological Process disorders and limited social skills. She is trained in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale), Makaton Sign Language, SCERTS Approach, Lidcombe Training, Listening-Language program for Auditory Processing Disorders by Lois Heymann. Her determination and steadfast desire to change the delivery of Speech Language therapy into a delightful, holistic and fun-filled learning experience for children and parents have been successful and is the goal for every child’s treatment program.

    Thasbih is passionate about treating children with disabilities, autism, expressive and receptive language delays, neurogenic disorders, articulation, auditory processing difficulties and social skills training.
