Building Confidence In Teenagers

A supportive skills development private or group course aimed at helping teenagers foster positive thinking, and improve their flow of speech and fluency, especially under certain conditions such as anxiety, stress, fatigue or complexity of language.

This course provides children aged 12 years and above cognitive behavioral techniques and practical strategies to manage their thinking and approach and uncover a new perspective, as well as strategies to develop their communication skills, helping overcome experiences that breakdown or block the flow of speech.

The program focuses on identifying and understanding the thoughts, feelings and instinctive responses by teenagers and develops strategies to foster positive thoughts & communication to help eliminate feelings of low self-esteem which impairs their confidence and limits their full learning and development potential.
